Avon has announced another partnership with Fuse Universal (Fuse) – a leading provider of next-generation learning technology – to create a state of the art global communications and learning platform. This will supersede all of their other training and communication platforms across the globe, and represent the one-stop-shop for associates to connect, learn and share.
The initiative supports a central pillar of Avon’s transformation plan, to digitise its business. The new platform will provide on-demand, bite-sized, interactive learning when needed, so associates can learn quickly and execute quickly. It will in turn enhance the associate experience and simplify ways of working, enabling the company to transform at pace.
The partnership is another element of Avon’s business strategy to ‘Open Up’ the company and unleash the potential of associates and brand.
